Where do your flowers come from?
We are proud to be commercial flower growers! The majority of the beautiful blooms in our arrangements are grown and hand-cut directly on our own Ramarama flower farm. This farm-to-vase approach allows us to personally oversee the quality of every stem and guarantee unparalleled freshness.
How long will my flowers last?
Because our flowers are farm-direct, your arrangement is often cut from our fields the very same morning it is delivered! This direct, locally grown approach gives your blooms a significantly longer, more vibrant vase life for you or your recipient to enjoy.

We provide dedicated local flower delivery throughout South Auckland and the Franklin district. Our primary delivery routes include Pukekohe, Papakura, Karaka, Pokeno, Tuakau, Drury, Ramarama, Bombay, Takanini, Manukau, and East Tamaki. View our full delivery map here.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes! We offer fast, reliable same-day delivery when you order before 1:30 PM Monday to Friday, or before 11:00 AM on Saturday. Because our farm and studio are located right here in Ramarama, we can quickly dispatch fresh arrangements across the local area.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free local delivery on all orders within our delivery areas. There are no hidden fees - the price you see is the price you pay.
Do you deliver to local hospitals and funeral homes?
Yes, we provide sensitive, reliable delivery directly to local hospitals, medical centres, and maternity wards (please provide the ward and room number). We also deliver sympathy flowers to all funeral homes, churches, and crematoriums across South Auckland and Franklin. Please provide the service time and funeral director's details at checkout.
What happens if no one is home?
If no one is available, we'll leave the flowers in a safe place out of direct sunlight (such as the porch or by the door) and send you a photo as proof of delivery. We may also leave them with a neighbour if appropriate.
💐 Our Floral Arrangements
Will my bouquet look exactly like the website photo?
Because we are a working flower farm, we design strictly by the seasons. While we always stay true to the colour palette, style, and premium value of the photo, we only use the absolute freshest stems blooming in our fields that week. This means your arrangement will be a unique, artisan-crafted piece rather than a factory copy!
Do I get to see the flowers before they are delivered?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on transparency and quality. Once our florists have finished hand-tying your farm-fresh bouquet, we will email you a photo of the finished product before it leaves our studio.
Can I include a message with my flowers?
Absolutely! You can add a personalised card message during checkout. We'll include a beautifully handwritten card with your flowers at no extra charge.
Can I add extras like chocolates or teddy bears?
Yes! We offer a range of add-ons including chocolates, candles, teddy bears, and more. You can add these to your order on the product page or in your cart.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also offer Afterpay for flexible payments.
Can I order flowers for a future date?
Yes! When placing your order, you can select your preferred delivery date using our calendar on the cart page. We recommend ordering at least 1-2 days in advance for special occasions.
