What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout South Auckland and Franklin including Pukekohe, Papakura, Karaka, Pokeno, Tuakau, Drury, Ramarama, Bombay, Takanini, Manurewa, Manukau, Papatoetoe, East Tamaki, and Flat Bush. View all delivery areas.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery when you order before 1:30pm Monday to Friday, or before 11am on Saturday. Orders placed after these times will be delivered the next business day.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer free local delivery on all orders within our delivery areas. There are no hidden fees - the price you see is the price you pay.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 5pm, and Saturday between 9:30am and 1pm. We don't deliver on Sundays.
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We deliver within our standard delivery windows and cannot guarantee specific times. However, if you have special requirements, please add a note to your order or contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
What happens if no one is home?
If no one is available, we'll leave the flowers in a safe place (such as the porch or by the door) and send you a photo as proof of delivery. We may also leave them with a neighbour if appropriate.
Do you deliver to hospitals and rest homes?
Yes! We regularly deliver to hospitals, medical centres, rest homes, and care facilities. Please include the ward name and patient/resident details for smooth delivery.
Do you deliver to funeral homes?
Yes, we deliver sympathy flowers and funeral arrangements directly to funeral homes, churches, and crematoriums. Please provide the funeral director's name and service time.
💐 Orders & Products
Can I include a message with my flowers?
Absolutely! You can add a personalised card message during checkout. We'll include a beautifully handwritten card with your flowers at no extra charge.
Will the flowers look exactly like the photo?
Our florists create each arrangement by hand using the freshest seasonal flowers available. While we stay true to the style, colour palette, and feel of the arrangement shown, some flowers may be substituted for similar varieties to ensure freshness and quality.
Do you send a photo before delivery?
Yes! We send you a photo of your arrangement before it goes out for delivery, so you can see exactly what your recipient will receive.
Can I add extras like chocolates or teddy bears?
Yes! We offer a range of add-ons including chocolates, candles, teddy bears, and more. You can add these to your order on the product page or in your cart.
Do you do wedding flowers?
At present, we do not do wedding flowers. We specialise in flower delivery for birthdays, sympathy, romance, congratulations, new baby, get well, and other occasions.
Can I request specific flowers?
While we can't guarantee specific flowers due to seasonal availability, you're welcome to add a note to your order with preferences. Our florists will do their best to accommodate your requests.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once an arrangement has been made, we may not be able to make changes. Call us on 021 167 6467.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not completely satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Can I order flowers for a future date?
Yes! When placing your order, you can select your preferred delivery date using our calendar. We recommend ordering at least 1-2 days in advance for special occasions.

We're located at 119 Ramarama Road, Drury, Auckland 2579. We're a local florist serving South Auckland and the Franklin district.
What are your opening hours?
Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 5pm
Saturday: 9:30am - 1pm
Sunday: Closed
Can I pick up my order?
Yes! You can choose pickup during checkout. Please select your preferred pickup date and time, and we'll have your arrangement ready for collection from our studio.
