Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Flowers on Ramarama. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here's our return policy:
Floral Arrangements:
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect arrangement, please contact us immediately at 0211676467 or flowersonramarama@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to rectify the situation.
Gift Items:
- For non-perishable gift items, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Some exclusions may apply, such as sale items, personalized items, and items marked as final sale.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact us at 0211676467 or flowersonramarama@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
- Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Return the item in its original packaging, along with the RMA number, to the following address: 119 Ramarama Road Drury Auckland
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to process.
Please Note:
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make our cancellation policy as fair as possible. Please review the following:

- Cancellation Fee: A 5% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations, regardless of the reason.
- Exceptions: If your order is cancelled due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect order or an inability to fulfill the order, we will waive the cancellation fee.
- Holiday Orders: For orders placed for special occasions such as Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and Christmas, cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the delivery date to avoid the cancellation fee.
- Custom Orders: For custom orders, cancellation policies may vary. Please contact us for specific details regarding the cancellation policy for your custom order.
Please note:
- Cancellations must be made by phone or email. We cannot accept cancellations through social media or other messaging platforms.
- The cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
